3D Modeling

The Ohlone Digital Arts and Interactive Design Department offers introductory and advanced 3D Modeling courses. Students learn different techniques to create virtual objects and environments using 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya and ZBrush. The topics covered include designing characters, modeling, texture mapping, lighting techniques, camera shots, 3D scene layout, and rendering. The courses are an excellent introduction to careers in this fast-growing and extensive industry.
