Visual and Interaction Design, DAID 104 introduces students to the fundamental principles and practices of Design Thinking, User Interface Design (UI), and Interaction Design (IxD).
Introduction to Website Design, DAID-105A is a beginning website production class. Students create wireframes, flowcharts, functional prototypes and responsive websites using HTML, CSS.
Advanced Web Design, DAID-105B introduces students to advanced techniques in web site design. In addition to HTML and CSS, this course introduces students to JavaScript, APIs and JSON.
DAID 113 Coding for Designers and Artists introduction to computational thinking for artists and designers. Students are familiarized with computation as a medium for art and learn the fundamentals of programming by creating animations, visualizations, and interactive projects.
